Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, holidays, or due to high order volume, processing may take longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

Special Orders Some items are available as special orders and may require 3 weeks or more to process before shipping. If your order includes a special order item, you will be notified of the estimated timeline at the time of purchase.

Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via Canada Post.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after processing.

United States Orders shipped to the US typically arrive within 7-14 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 14-30 business days after processing, depending on the destination country. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue.
