Wuji Hundun: ancient healing Qigong once reserved for royalty

Find balance in turbulent times with the ancient art of Wuji Hundun Qigong

When life feels chaotic, your body feels it, too.

Stress builds, focus fades, and energy drains away. Fortunately, the powerful system of Wuji Hundun Qigong, an ancient healing art once used to renew the health and strength of Chinese royalty, is designed to restore vitality and bring your body back into balance.

On Saturday, November 22, Daisy Lee, founder of Radiant Lotus Qigong, will bring forward a few of the 18 movements from the Wuji Hundun lineage, a form transmitted directly by her late teacher and preserved through generations after narrowly surviving the Cultural Revolution in China.

These 18 movements are specifically designed for you to find, restore, and maintain your balance in the midst of outer turbulence.

The practical exercises Daisy will share can help you stimulate lung acupoints and release tension from your muscles, tendons, and ligaments while building stability in your legs by increasing the flow of Qi (life-force energy) through your muscles and tissues.

During the hour, Daisy will also share some of the fascinating history of Wuji Hundun Qigong, which has been used by practitioners and healers for over 800 years, and was once used to treat and heal the Chinese Royal Family.

Daisy is certified as a Level III Advanced Qigong Instructor and a Clinical Practitioner by the National Qigong Association of America. She’s a past board member of the International Qigong Science Association in Beijing.

With more than 30 years of experience sharing Qigong with students all over the world, she shares this ancient wisdom with authenticity, kindness, and heart. I find that simply being in Daisy’s presence brings calm, joy, and a quality of peaceful groundedness.

Join this fascinating event to learn how you can maintain equanimity and balance in the midst of any storm. Even if you can’t make it, be sure to register so you can receive a full-length recording of the event.
