Gold plated mummy
Around 4,300 years ago a man named Hekashepes lived among the great pyramids of Egypt. His mummy was found near to Khnumdjedef—a priest, inspector and supervisor of nobles; a judge and writer named Fetek and a man called Meri, who the palace "secret keeper".
Despite being a non-royal, Hekashepes’ mummy was covered in gold leaf. He is thought to be one of the oldest and most complete corpses ever found in Egypt.
Forget the golden Hekashepes, place me next to the "secret keeper" at the dinner party.
