Science fiction becomes science fact as an Israeli inventor took inspiration from fish to develop an underwater breathing system that pulls oxygen directly from the water—like Obi-Wan’s Jedi contraption in George Lucas’ movie The Phantom Menace. Alon Bodner’s invention mimics the way fish use dissolved air in the water in order to breathe.
