Fairy Pools
Scotland’s Isle of Skye is where you’ll find the ethereally beautiful Fairy Pools. If you visit be prepared to walk because you can only reach them by crossing through the Glen Brittle Forest on foot. When there you might come across some magical creatures.
It is said that the Selkies visit the fairy pools. These shapeshifters swim ashore at Glen Brittle beach shedding their seal skin to take human form. They then make the journey to the fairy pools to bathe in the clear, cold waters by moonlight.
