Meditation is an amazing way to connect to the part of yourself that holds the wisdom that can help you to navigate the craziness of life. It’s something that anyone can do quite easily. There’s no equipment needed and it’s always accessible. Learning a few simple steps can help you to connect to that wise you, who is right there waiting to be of service. All you have to do is ask.
IT BEGINS WITH AWARENESS

Take a moment right now to turn your attention to your body. Ask yourself a few questions, without trying to change anything and without judgement. How are you sitting. Are you comfortable. Are you feeling any tightness anywhere in your body. Notice your breath. Notice the speed of the breath. Notice how far it moves into your body.

Try that. You’ll see that even just that one moment of body awareness can quickly shift you. WAIT until you find out what else is possible.
