I began practicing Qigong with Daisy Lee several years ago. I began with her Radiant Lotus practice, which opened me up to greater ease in my breathing. Until then I hadn't realized that I had been tensing up while breathing. I had always had throat chakra issues. I didn't realize that I had been causing those issues by resisting my own breath!
I went on to learn Daisy Lee's Zang Fu Gong movements. I practice this simple 30 minute movement everyday without fail. It has strengthened my relationship with my body and gives me a boost of energy and peacefulness in the middle of my day, when I begin to loose stamina.
I did not hesitate to sign up when I found out that Daisy Lee was teaching the ancient wisdom of Wuji Hundun Qigong—one of the “secret” lineages that is only now being taught online in the West.
